Following changes on 31 January 2011 to charge VAT on basic services when certain add-ons are included, the options to select 9am Delivery on the Special Delivery service and Airsure on Overseas Air Mail services have been removed. Charges which include VAT are not generally frankable.

and [Zone 2] respectively.
