Always select relevant Service key before selecting any options

Options can only be selected with a letter on the weighpan

Special Delivery can only be selected with a letter on the weighpan  

Overseas Airmail Zones A, B & C were re-designated as Zones 1 & 2 but are now all charged at the same rate

Pricing in Proportion related to weight bands will operate automatically, indicated by the flashing LED

Following changes on 31 January 2011 to charge VAT on basic services when certain add-ons are included, the options to select 9am Delivery on the Special Delivery service and Airsure on Overseas Air Mail services have been removed. Charges which include VAT are not generally frankable.

 

Inland Letter Services

Redundant Keys

For services that are no longer available, keys now have the same effect as the matched key.

Inland Parcels

[County] is matched to [National]

Overseas Airmail Letters

[Zone B] and [Zone C] are matched to [Zone A]

 

Relabelled Keys

The Services key [Registered] should have been relabelled [Airsure].

The Services key [Recorded] should have been relabelled [Recorded & Signed For]

NB Labels have been supplied on previous chip changes and are now available on request.

 

On some scales the [Zone A], [Zone B], and [Zone C] keys may have been relabelled [Zone 1], Blanked, and [Zone 2] respectively.
