FP OptiMail Franking Machine
The ideal franking machine for the busy office
The OptiMail digital franking machine combines great design with state of the art technology. It is ideal for the busy office, with typically 20 - 100 items of mail each day.
The OptiMail is full of sophisticated features like automatic date changing, selectable logos, adjustable high postage limit, low postage warning, multiple accounts, telephone setting, and optional postal scale interface.
All this makes for a professional franking machine that is really easy to operate, and very competitively priced.
First Class Print Quality
Professional print quality comes as standard, thanks to the high-quality ink cassette which provides clean, new ribbon for each printed impression. Used cassettes can be replaced in seconds, and can be recycled.
The thermal transfer printing process produces clean, clear images which are instantly smudge free. It produces great results with your advertising slogans as well!
The OptiMail can print onto all envelopes up to 5mm thick, or onto adhesive labels. Location of the franking impression can be adjusted as required.
The OptiMail is an excellent choice for multiple users. It supports up to 9 separate cost accounts, and holds up to 9 different customized logos in memory. The account summaries can be printed directly by the OptiMail.
Interface to MH Series Postal Scales for Auto-Setting
The optional interface allows the postage amount to be set automatically from one of our linked MH Series Postal Scales. This has obvious convenience, saving the time taken to key in the franking amount.
These price computing postal scales will help you to cut through the maze of Royal Mail and Parcelforce rates and services, not only giving the exact postage cost, but also helping you to save money.
OptiMail is an ideal franking machine for the busy office, with typically 20 - 100 items of mail each day. If your daily throughput is higher, or you have a large number of identical items to frank, look at the UltiMail or JetMail franking machines.
