Latest Models - All of our current Postal Scales are right up to date with the latest Royal Mail tariffs, and incorporate many features to help you save money and make them easy to use. All models can interface directly with Francotyp-Postalia Franking Machines as well as existing Ascom/Hasler units.

Pricing in Proportion - Royal Mail have introduced a new pricing structure based on both the size of letters, and their weight. The new structure is intended to more accurately reflect the costs of handling larger items - in effect a price increase! These new 'Pricing in Proportion' changes came into effect from 21 August 2006.

Savings for Franking Machine users and Contract customers - The service changes announced by Royal Mail for April 2005 allow business users with Franking Machines to SAVE MONEY by discounting the normal postage price. This so called Channel Pricing structure is fully supported with all our update chips from this date, for ALL of our 'MH' Series Postal Scales manufactured since 1982. Franking machines linked to scales will automatically be set to discounted values, saving at least 1p (and can be much more) on every First Class item. Current Models MH520, MH530, MH540 & MH730 have a user selectable option for either the Standard or Discounted First Class Rate. For all older models we offer alternative Rate Chips programmed with the appropriate rates.

Quality Products - It is a testament to the quality of our products, that a large proportion of our Postal Scales sold as long ago as the 1980's - like the ones illustrated here - are still in routine use.

We still support all of our older products with new Postal Rate Chips whenever there is a change of prices. You can also find Operating Manuals with details of current Royal Mail/Parcelforce services supported by these older models.

For smaller post rooms with limited parcels requirements, we offer the MH 520 Postal Scale. This covers all Royal Mail services and options. It features single key selection of all services, so it is really easy to operate and to shop around for the best rates.

The MH 530 Postal Scale covers all Royal Mail and Parcelforce services and service options, and was recently awarded 'Best Buy' status by 'What to Buy for Business' magazine. It is particularly suited to companies who have a greater proportion of mixed mail, letters and parcels, or send any parcels overseas. A key feature of this model is the Mailsaver function, which will show a full list of lower cost services, taking full account of the destination Country and Zone. Often, savings can be substantial, even using a faster service!

To back up our Postal Scales, we can offer an all inclusive maintenance agreement, covering both repairs and Postal rate changes.
